Q. Does the WaterHawk require batteries to operate?
A. The WaterHawk is powered by hydroelectric power with no need for batteries. The display is illuminated by the water flowing through the WaterHawk.

Q. Can I set up the WaterHawk on my own?
A. Yes, the WaterHawk showerhead simply replaces your existing showerhead. You may need a wrench to remove your existing showerhead, twist on the WaterHawk by hand and you're ready to go. Plumbers tape and a wrench may be necessary but unlikely.

Q. Does the WaterHawk fit my shower?
A. The WaterHawk is designed to fit 90% of showers and shower heads. It uses the standard 1/2" connections that a standard shower head has. If you have further questions on whether or not your shower head is supported by WaterHawk, you can email a photograph of your shower to info@saveadrop.net

Q. How does the gallon usage LED display work?
A. The LED display shows your real-time cumulative water use in gallons. After turning off the water for 10 minutes, the measurement is cleared automatically for the next shower to count.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
A. All shipping in the US is free of charge. There is additional cost for international shipping. Shipment does not include extra fees from customs, or additional costs associated with your country. If it turns out that shipment to your country proves impossible, we will reimburse your order.

Q. When will I receive the WaterHawk?
A. We are excited to say that we expect the WaterHawk to ship by end of February 2016.
